Ok so Friday I sent out a blog about how much I weighed.....so the scary part was when I got on scale on Friday I weighed....90.2kg and so I started exercising each day in morning and evening......remember nothing too hectic.....I do squats....planks and sit ups......ok so its Tuesday the 12th and I said after just exercising and eating normally I would send you the results even if nothing happened with my weight. I weighed today and I weigh 88.4kg.....so I lost weight but not lots because I didn't put myself on a diet I just exercised.
